Welcome To Fox Creek State Prison ALL of you in this facility both inmates and staff alike, are doing time. Whether it be 2 4 hour days, or 8 hour shifts, this place is a world within a world, that each and every one of you are are forced to accept that: • The rules of society do not apply in these walls. • There are 2 sets of rules in here, the guards enforce the Wardens, while the inmates live with a set all their own. • One of the first rules that everybody learns.... Do not trust anyone but yourself! From inmate snitches, to crooked guards, nobody is immune to the pull of becoming 'institutionalized'. Michael Scolefield, a brilliant Architectural Engineer, set himself up to go to prison. Out of nowhere Michael held up a bank, plead no contest, and accepted 5 years in Fox Creek. Unknown to everyone why he would do such a thing, Michael is here for a reason... His brother, Lincoln Burrows was sentenced to death for the murder of the Vice President's husband, and its within these walls he awaits his final day. Michael is in here to break his brother out of prison. Lincoln denies the murder, and proclaims he was set up, and that there is something deeper happening on the outside. While nobody believes that the government would stage his crime and set him up, his determination of proving he is innocent has peaked the interest of his lawyer. Linc's lawyer starts to unveil a greater conspiracy, and has set out with a team to uncover the truth and find Linc's innocence. Also on the outside is a team of Secret Service agents, trying to cover up the truth behind the murder, and keep Lincoln in prison to take the fall. Will Scolefield break his brother out of prison in time, or will Lincoln reach the end? Will the investigation on the outside uncover Lincolns innocence, or will the Secret Service keep the conspiracy covered?
